Packed with cool features

Very cool product. I have no idea what I'm going to build but the device is amazing. Some of the documentation lags behind the latest development tools, but they change too fast to keep up. As long as you're tech-savvy, you can figure it out.

I can't get this thing to work.

Nice packaging - liked the link they were supposed to get you started - but this 'thing' doesn't work. I went through the website link they provided 3 times and the only thing I can do is connect it to my local WiFi and that's it. I ran IoT on AWS with no issues. This MS suggestion doesn't inspire me to look at Azure IoT.

Azure subscription required

Wish it was bigger. It's about half the size of a credit card. If you're looking to tinker or learn to code, I'd only recommend getting one of these if you're a student or have money on the side, as it's pretty much the only Azure learning and learning device you need. The subscription is free for students.

Awesome Multisensor Board

This is an amazing board with so many sensors built in and Wi-Fi. I made it experiment and learned how to work with Azure IOT hub and edge devices. This is a must for any professional thinking about Azure IOT Hub/Edge. I haven't been able to find an edge connector that would allow me to mount this board on a PCB yet. Apparently the Adafruit connector is no longer available.

Entry-level IoT device for single-board computers

I like how the device updates the firmware. In addition, it provides basic sensor information when connected. You don't have to worry about anomalies when these readings can be easily viewed. I have bought many, many sensors in bulk. Most of them are still working. Some of the built-in modules (e.g. this model) constantly show the "wrong" temperature (due to the proximity to the heat dispenser on the installed board), but this particular device does not have such a problem. Everything on one board! Well, everything except the spinning pot! :)

I really like that all these components are mounted on a circuit board that you can play with. A bit disappointed that one of the main reasons I bought it - an OLED screen - wasn't made clear that this is a two-tone "monochrome" screen, meaning the top few rows are always one color and the rest another. It's like they have a strip of colored transparent tape over the display. Here you have full screen graphics that don't look ridiculous. But hey. for plain text to get the status of what your…
