Smaller than it looks

They are very small. Too small to fit in most ratchet straps. They look bigger in the photo. Seller must have the sizes listed. The quality wasn't very good but seemed acceptable. I wouldn't trust them even anywhere near the nominal weight. I would be happy with no more than 50 pounds per bundle.

Very good quality for equipment

I call these "tie rings". They arrived quickly and correspond to the description. They are made of high quality stainless steel and appear to be very durable. The ring is big enough to fit the S hooks on my harnesses. They fit both my Yakima rails and my Bed Slide bed rails. Haven't used them yet and will update when I use them, but I'm optimistic they will work great.

Here are the dimensions.

Since the seller didn't post any measurements and didn't answer questions about measurements, I took a few pictures and posted them here (photo). The quality is just average. The 2/4 threads have quality issues and the bolt looks like it's just a screw threading through a cut headstock. I wouldn't trust them when used at medium strength. I probably wouldn't even use ratchet straps. However, they fit well in the cutouts of the Yakima HD cross members.
