That's cool! in crockery

A good quality teapot with a tight fitting lid. Works great on an old electric stove. I've been using it for a while and I really like it. Has a heavy butt. There's nothing flimsy about that. The whistle is decent, you can hear it all over the house.

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • You could have chosen a newer model

A good teapot - I've searched a lot

It's not difficult to find a decent teapot. Requirements: must contain boiling water (tested), whistle when water boils (tested), must not rust (can not say yet), must pour water without touching hot parts (tested), water must be splashed without too squirt (tested), and shouldn't have any plastic anywhere to melt (check). So far, so good. However, it makes a cheap and light impression. I had to use a screwdriver to tighten the handle which was loose.

Pros
  • Useful not only for its intended purpose
Cons
  • New competitors have appeared

Heavy and durable kettle

The family was looking for a new kettle, the paint we had was completely chipped so we wanted a simple brushed stainless steel kettle like this. Unfortunately, there was no rating for this item at that time and I wasn't sure because of the unknown quality. Reading the reviews, it seems that every sub-$50 electric kettle has certain issues for some buyers. Then I realized I have an established kitchen timer from this company. My research shows this is an American company and yes the kettle is…

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Approximately

A very good kettle. - Kettle

searched page after page of kettles before I found this one. Most of them have plastic caps that hold the whistle capsule. Plastic always decomposes and eventually throws pieces into the water when the capsule falls out. So no plastic caps. This greatly narrows the field. I chose this because he had the fewest complaints of hot hands etc. Here's what I found. It's well done for the most part. There was an issue with a greasy residue inside that wasn't dishwasher safe. I had to use mineral…

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Difficult to remember but it was
