Fairly easy setup and installation. Comes with most necessary connection cables - older displays may require an adapter or two.

A complete piece of junk

Purchased on July 30, 2021, the USB mouse port on the device began to fail around September 20th and finally failed completely on September 25th. There's no return option and no way to get support or replacements, so say goodbye to your money if you decide to purchase. I feel completely betrayed. There is no way this product can even come close to the 4 star rating it currently has. It also seems like they keep listing the same product under different stores or IDs when the ranking gets too…

Good switch for two computers

The switch mostly works as it should. It's a good thing to be able to switch a keyboard and mouse between two computers (without the clutter of two devices on one desk). As stated in the description, it may not work with some older keyboards or mice. I had an old favorite keyboard and needed to replace it (works with Alienware K510). It didn't quite work out.

I used this for the KVM on my 2018 Alienware Aurora desktop and 2020 Inspiron 7420 laptop for two Dell gaming monitors, a Razer gaming mouse and a Kinesis Freestyle 2 Bought a keyboard. I'm giving it 2 stars because it comes with the necessary cables to get it working, but I couldn't get it to work. Malfunction. No support!

TLDR - The product has many flaws. No support. Buy something else. I bought it to connect my work and home computer. The instructions say 144hz is not supported so I tested 1440p 60hz and 1080p 60hz and both monitors flickered intermittently. It says don't connect a gaming mouse and keyboard to the mouse and keyboard ports, guess what? That does not work.
