Strong enough to never fall under my Conure's weight for multiple showers. cavity filling required. The perch is textured which some of the other units didn't have. Very versatile and works great. I would recommend.

One of the suction cups is bent and will not stay on the tile. The perch itself is free, but that could be good or bad for you. My cockatiel likes to scrape the sand off his perch, so I guess he was at least having some fun? Sometimes it falls off the wall in the middle of the shower and she doesn't like it.

End cap detaches from rod and parts fall apart easily. It's not very powerful so perfect for smaller or medium sized birds...suction isn't great but for the price it's ok. Should be easy to clean. You can glue it 🤷‍♀️ But it will work. I would spend a little more money for something more robust.

The suction cups do not stick at all, even after wiping down the suction cups and surface. he fell while my bird was on him, and he is not a great bird. sleeps no more than 5 minutes. the polished rod was not even attached to the pvc tube when i opened the box. I'm only giving it 2 stars because it was easy to put together after putting the perch back into the tube.

The only plus of this perch is that the suction cups worked. However, a real polished perch dangled in the mount with no adjustment. I didn't think it would hold my jenday conure and fall on the floor so I returned it and bought an actual shower rod. This one is good and reliable and well worth the extra money - see if you can get "used is good" or better save big! I had the same price - $10.

Of the 3 suction cups, one wouldn't attach at all and the other came loose easily after about a day no matter what attachment technique we tried, ie. to the jar, add some moisture, add more moisture, etc. The third suction cup worked well. Our cockatiel liked to sit on it to look out our office window, so we modified the object by applying clear coat to the two suction cups. But that makes detaching a bit problematic.
