I drive a Mazda CX-5 Turbo, the front brakes are larger than the non-turbo CX-5 my wife drives. However, after replacing the factory front brake pads in my wife's car, I noticed that her stopping power improved significantly. Now it seems like the non-turbo CX-5 has a much shorter stopping distance than the turbo. If the turbo's brakes wear out I'll put those pads on this car too.
