I love this breather! If you're looking for a way to get in the pool and just run a distance, this is what you need! The Boa Constrictor is like a ratchet system, amazing! It stretches to the back of the head and holds the vent in place. It's a little weird at first, but after a few rounds you almost forget you're wearing it. One thing I worried about was that it would be difficult to breathe through this device, but honestly after swimming a pool length with it I got used to it.
