It's hard to be bad for sockets. What was bad was the 1/4 inch of dust the product arrived under. I don't know where it was in the warehouse but maybe someone took the time to wipe it down or something.

They appear to be very well made and fit the mounting nuts on two of my cars. Engraved sizes have become almost a standard feature on heads and are particularly nice to see on instruments in this price range. I have this set and the matching metric set in my road trailer tow kit along with a torque multiplier and 24" break bar.

There are some really good quality sockets out there. Fit, engraving and finish look very precise and professional. I specifically bought this 8 piece set because it includes most of the common sizes that use nuts (e.g. 17mm, 19mm, 21mm and 22mm). I keep them in my car as part of my emergency kit and have full confidence that they will work well when I need them.

I've read that Powerbuilt is one of the best ranges Alltrade Tools has to offer and looking at these heads I completely disagree. They are healthy and of good quality. . They look just as good as my Craftsman sockets but at a much lower price. I understand that a professional mechanic might want a little more, but for an average handyman like me I won't lack. use these outlets. For $18.95 I think this is a great buy.

I'm going to cheat and cut and paste in this post what I've done for other powerbuilt tools! Why? And here is - very good gear from Powerbuilt. Well actually alltrade to be honest. How good are your tools? Pretty much all is said, so snap-on guys, get over it and realize they hail from the same stable.
