🔧 Enhanced Powerbuilt 14MM Spark Plug Thread Repair Kit: Model 648421 Review

Last year we had a plug blown out of our snow thrower and stripped of threads. Delivering it to someone would cost at least $50, possibly more, and would have to wait for it to be repaired. Bought this set from Revain and it arrived in two days. I followed the instructions and in about 30 minutes the issue was resolved and my wall was off.

And I use "metal" freely. Inserts feel almost like chromed plastic. They don't weigh much and won't last long. I don't even waste time installing this in my Triton 5.4 V8. He'll shoot him in 2 minutes. I am deleting this as a lesson learned from buying a cheap product. Do not do that.

Not much I can say about this tool other than that I needed it to fix the spark plug threads on my old 175hp Johnson. This worked better than I thought and the different filament sizes were perfect. I've taken the pegs out a few times since using them and the new threads are holding up great.

Worked great on my 2002 Toro Recycler mower with Tecumseh engine. I would give 5 stars except this "kit" has everything you need EXCEPT for the threadlocker. It would be nice to include a small bottle/tube of RED (permanent) threadlocker. (product) bought these to fix a problem with spark plugs coming out of the engine while it was running on 3 separate occasions. I have tried others and was concerned that the terminal on the spark plug was the same size and wanted to try these as they had a collar.
