I use this every day.

Many carpenters use homemade handles, but using these handles has its advantages. It's inexpensive but well made, lightweight, very convenient to use, and its orange color is easy to spot when you put it somewhere and forget where (let's be honest - we're carpenters - we do this about 100 times a day ).

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Compatibility

They work well and are comfortable in my hand.

My hands are small and it is very convenient to use them. I always use pushrods - always - and am happy with it. They are fairly close to the tree, although not above the trailing edge. I use one on the front and then one on the back with the edge pushed back. (Does that even make sense? :) )

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

My favorite slider

I like this style of slider. The hand is low, directly above the character, which increases control. This cane is thin, stiff, and has a non-slip foam pad on the foot so it doesn't kick me. They're cheap enough for the saw to eat them up and I'll just buy another pair. I have a number of different slide tools, some purchased, some shop built. These are the ones that are used the most, at least on a table saw.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Doesn't fit everyone

Works as advertised, too close to the blade for my taste

Nothing special to write here. In the picture they looked bigger than they actually are, but that's my fault as I should have double checked those specs. They work perfectly, most of the time it's just my pinky getting too close to the saw blade. I'll end up making my own using wood and a template to keep my fingers off the blade.

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • Poor instructions

Good addition: power and hand tools

I like Powertech products. The ones I have are solid and well made. The lower end of the pusher is well suited for cutting thin workpieces, e.g. B. 1 to 1.5 inches on a table saw. They also work well with a vertical stem on my router table. I have big hands and could use a thicker grip. I've found that I tend to wobble back and forth when pushing through. it's just me Can I recommend these compression bars - you bet. They asked me what I was thinking, so I said my thoughts.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • So far so good

fingers too close to table saw blade; ideal for routers or jointers.

I broke my Vermont American and immediately pointed out that he raises his hand well above the blade, but this one isn't very. The difference is so great that you cannot safely use it with the blade fully extended. I struggled to find one that had some sort of grip way behind the leg so I could better guide the end of the tree to the fence, and these guys do it. FOUND THIS FOR THE TABLE SAW; "Big Horn 10230 Woodworkers Power Hands Safety Push Stick". It's actually four times the price (double…

Dangerously long with the sole purpose of making a pusher.

I've lived with a pen for too long. It was a quick and inexpensive way to open up more opportunities. At 9/16 inches wide, it's thinner than what I used, allowing for more room. You no longer have to scour the store for scrap to craft and then waste time pulling out the shards. The grippy rubber cushion really makes the difference. and seems pretty solid. Time will tell if this pillow will hold up. I think it will, but even if it doesn't, it can still be used. One inch wide grip with small…
