Looks good - the cap is sticking because the plastic swells with exhaust fumes

Love the size, the finish and how well it all came together when installed on my bike's fuel tank. so happy i ordered a second one for another project. BUT a week later the plastic disc holding the lid swelled in the presence of fuel vapor until it came out. After making a heavy wire arm to pull hard on the stop lever and using a large pry bar and wood paneling on the tank, it popped out with a panting effort and flew over my head. there were no problems with the flange/neck either.
