For All Twin Cam Engines, including Twin Cams w/ SE Forged Rocker Support Plates. Material: Copper,iron,plastic,rubber. Locks the Rocker Arm Shafts.Centers the Rocker Arm Support Plates.Eliminates ticking from Rocker Arm Shaft hitting Plate Bolts. The rocker arm shafts have a notch in them that the bolt is supposed to butt up against, locking the rocker arm shafts in place. However, the bolt hole is too large, leaving a gap. This gap allows the shaft to rotate and hit the bolt causing a tick. The Rocker Lockers are tapered so that they lock themselves in and wedge the bolt/shaft in place.

Must have a better item in engine parts

Easy Installation I wish I had wished this year when I bought my bike in 2011 the service manager said the noise was normal. NO THAT IS NOT

  • . The rocker arm shafts have a notch that a bolt must rest against to hold the rocker arm shafts in place. However, the screw hole is too big, leaving a gap. This gap allows the shaft to rotate and hit the bolt, causing a tick.

Alignment tool not working

The so-called "leveling tool" is useless and will stick when the rocker arm is disassembled. I had to figure out how to align them with my own high power tools. It would be great if an additional Rocker Locker could be included in the kit instead of the alignment tool. On the other hand, Rocker Lockers do what the specs say and match the motors mentioned (mine is dual-cam).

These works! for rocker arms and parts

They definitely dampen the ticking of rocker arms. If you disassembled the top end, insert it before closing it again. You will not regret it.

They work! on the rocker arms

I have a 2016 Dual Cam Road King. The seesaws rumbled and ticked so violently that it was distracting. After installing the Rocker Locker, the difference is immediately visible. All I can say is WOW, why didn't Harley fit these from the factory? From now on every Harley I buy will have them installed before riding. Great product and very easy to install.
