This frying pan and dutch oven combo was perfect. to the point where it cracked on low heat as I dried it. Also, customer service didn't even reply to my letter. Manufacturing defects do occur and I understand that, but ignoring customer complaints is unacceptable. Just be aware that you are taking a risk if you purchase this item.

I bought this brazier to carry with my camping gear. I love camping but hate packing pots and pans that never come to their senses. I thought it would be perfect. I was right. It worked perfectly for all of our meals on our recent summer trip. It is durable so it can be used over a flame or with briquettes. The lid, which serves as a frying pan, is very practical. I am very happy with this purchase. And for the price, it couldn't be better.

I'm far from a chef but I really like the look of this appliance. I cooked spaghetti in it and it cleaned itself well. Being a dummy when I first removed the lid I had the handles in line and I had a hard time removing the lid but then I realized I just had to move the handles and it was in Order. The way the handles fit together shows the quality of mold work that went into making the device. This is a heavy, well-made product.

Pan requires thorough cleaning upon first purchase. Otherwise, tons of black "ash" will end up on your food and everything else. I used coarse salt and oil and rubbed the ends of the tongs with a paper towel. The pre-seasoning is also weirdly gooey so you really need to re-season yourself! Edit: Almost 2 years later, this is an IMPORTANT part of my kitchen. I only use a metal spatula and as a result the finish is so smooth now and not sticky from abrasion!
