I don't mind tools because they work well but my biggest problem with this tool is that it doesn't stay closed. Every time I opened my bag, the tools were scattered loosely in my bag. I had no idea why until the plastic piece fell off and it appeared to be the locking mechanism. That speaks volumes about its durability. 1 star because tools are tools and basically work the same across the board, but it's the simple things like the locking mechanism that make it worth checking out.

Overall the screwdriver set is excellent: the bits are strong, the choice is wide, they are nicely arranged, the grip is comfortable and holds the bits securely. I've only had this set for a few weeks but it's come in handy many times. As much as I love this set, good luck if you drop the case when you open it. Feels and feels like a portable charger. It's absolutely amazing. I bought this one for the steel bits (which last a lot longer than the chrome vanadium bits in most other sets). The screwdriver is metal and the axle at the top is well lubricated. (Almost like turning very smooth brass) I had previously purchased another set from Amazon with a thin orange plastic body. There were too many moving parts and eventually some gave way and broke. It has very few parts that can break.

I'm not sure, but we have a lot of different electronics from different manufacturers and inevitably something breaks or wears out. The manufacturer is stupidly expensive to fix things, local shops charge a lot of money for this. Surcharge for spare parts from 125% to 500%. Immediately upon receiving this set in a beautiful metal case, I opened it up and a piece of black plastic fell out. After opening the inside, along with a screwdriver and bits, there were a few more black plastic pieces that seemed out of place. I later realized that these parts were part of the mechanism that keeps the case closed. I immediately requested a refund and received a replacement within a day and UPS took the refund.
