Immediately upon receiving this set in a beautiful metal case, I opened it up and a piece of black plastic fell out. After opening the inside, along with a screwdriver and bits, there were a few more black plastic pieces that seemed out of place. I later realized that these parts were part of the mechanism that keeps the case closed. I immediately requested a refund and received a replacement within a day and UPS took the refund. I am very satisfied with the quick exchange and the uncomplicated return. I haven't been able to use the kit much, but I will say the only job I've used it for was saving lives. I was working on my laptop and the small screws wanted cleaned with another small screwdriver. I was afraid they would be damaged and very difficult to remove and find replacements. Which would stop my work. Luckily I tried one of the many bits in this set and it was better at picking up the screws and thanks to its firm grip it completely removed any difficult screws. good, with smooth cotton to lock/unlock. The only downside I see is that the pivot at the top of the driver could use a ball bearing to make it smoother, but this is also a budget set so I can't complain too much. Apparently the first drivers sent to me have already been used or returned. It didn't have plastic packaging like the second one and it was broken! So if they could avoid shipping previously returned units they would have five stars.
