Ideal for: Starters and Alternators

The starter motor was perfect for my Honda Element. A little tricky to replace, but it's a lot cheaper than paying the dealer $700. See online replacement instructions.

Looks almost like an OEM.

Looks almost like the starter I pulled out of my 2009 Accord. Good homemade appetizer. It took about 2 hours of work. The only thing I didn't like was the sound of this appetizer. There is a whining noise for about 1 second, but OEM does not.

I bought this starter in July 2017 and it failed.

I bought this starter in July 2017 and it failed two days ago. Now I have to buy another one and pay to take it out of the car and then pay again to put a new one in. It was installed on my wife's 2007 CRV and the car didn't get 200 miles.

Do not do that. Waste of time

A year ago I replaced the starter motor on my CRV 07 with this one. So far everything has been fine. The car was the third vehicle so we rarely used it. The car was about 3 months without operation. The starter is dead and now it won't even turn. waste of money. Wouldn't recommend it. Now I have to buy another one and changing on these machines hurts. Avoid this look elsewhere

Item arrived as shown, safe and sound, brand new, along with specific starter manufacturer's dyno chart (wish it was in colour, hard to tell which line is which) - Installed in 08 CRV AWD EXL 2.4L and turns very hard and fast. 100% compatible without seals.
