Absolutely SHIT. The car circled the block ONCE! Please do not buy! I gave it a star because I had to leave a review hoping to save others time and money.

I bought this starter less than 8 months ago and the starter has failed. I hadn't had 9 months before he just dropped out. I would like to know if I can get a discount on another starter and/or replacement

This starter was installed by a mechanic and is not good. The starter is defective and had to be replaced and you will not return it to get my money back. I will not purchase any other similar items unless you can be sure you stand behind the product you are selling.

Time will tell. This is a well made Chinese starter and replaces another Chinese brand of starter that has less than 5,000 miles on it. They sound completely different, so we'll see. It's a lot cheaper than an OEM or refurbished brand, plus it comes with a decent warranty (my old one was 90 days old).

My original starter motor died on my car. I installed this Premier Gear and my machine is back up and running great. I'll update the review if it doesn't help me, but so far it's worked perfectly to start my car about 15 times since I installed it a few days ago. It's very quiet, unlike some other 3rd party starters I've used on other vehicles in the past.

There shouldn't be any quality control on these starters at all. It never turned on properly on initial install, tried using shims for better alignment but still nothing. You need to turn on the key 3-15 times to start the engine.
