Starters and alternators start to spin

Sometimes it just spins like the drive won't fire, may need to run a few times to start, this is my 2nd first, just gave it up, have a warranty, Name is not on the box.

Getting Started - Starters and Parts

Sometimes it just revs like an engine instead of pedaling. It may be necessary to start several times at the beginning, this is my 2nd only, just given up, get a guarantee, the name on the box does not exist.
