Well I like the small size of the sleep handle. We use the following size as our daily handle. The little one had a tear in the first's pocket. The bed is all that fits in the small and the large fits my two small children, toys and a puppy or lots of puppy stuff, a puppy mat and a puppy.

I use these playpens for my adopted kittens when they are bottled until they are 2 or 3 months old until they are big enough to to be safe in their kitty cages. These are the most durable portable pens I've ever used. The side panels are thick and well made. No damage from little kittens crawling on the sides.

I love this little playpen. I now use it for my french bulldog puppies in my living room when they are napping and for play while the big dogs are away. They like to see big dogs but are protected from them while they are so small. It's the perfect size for her and beautifully finished. It's also easy to pack away and for the price you can't beat it. Very satisfied.

(Size small vs medium. Shoe size 9 for reference) I bought the small size first and as you can see it's a lot smaller than the average. A small one might be good for a pet hamster. I bought this for my 4 month old kitten to protect her when I am away from home and the small size is definitely too small. If you're on the fence, choose a medium. Otherwise, it is of high quality and makes a very durable impression. The material is as thick as a duffel bag and doesn't look like it will tear easily.

great purchase! I traveled with two cats for three days. I used this playpen for two nights in a hotel. It worked very well. Big enough for a litter box, two food bowls and a water bowl. The cats made a big mess but it was all washed away when we got to our destination. Now I use it as an outdoor playpen on the patio. Very happy with this purchase. The cats really like it and I can relax a bit knowing that if I have to travel again it will be a life saver.

Update: Took it to the state exhibition and it's much easier to carry than big metal boxes. When we were at the hotel we left the top on so our dog could see, but at the fair they only attached the top and bottom for extra protection. Our friend's dog also used it as it created some darkness and helped his anxiety. The dogs entered with two children, so there is enough space. No small dogs and no small children.
