Fits 04 Accord: Elevating feet

Slightly more expensive but good quality. The sentence was good. Haven't used them long enough to speak about durability.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Can be retrofitted

Perfect fit for my 2000 Honda Accord

There are videos on YouTube showing how to install them on my 2000 Honda Accord. Between the YouTube video I ended up choosing and these spacers, I saved myself a fair chunk of the edits by doing it myself.

Pros
  • Several competitors
Cons
  • Small parts

A little confused when installing

Bracket differs from original 03 Honda Accord ex 6 cylinder. Too bad I didn't look. Initially there were problems with the installation. One side was not compressed to close the hood. Remove both sides and try again in a few days. I think I swapped left and right and attached to the hood first and then snapped onto the body. Slightly raised and closed without problems. Keeps the hood up and runs quietly.

Pros
  • Solid finish
Cons
  • Not as good as advertised

Easy install, solid support

They were very easy to install. I removed the old racks and these installed in less than 5 minutes and they were great. I bought them because I wanted a quality piece that would last and I am very happy with them. My hood is tight when it's up, but not at all sticky or too stiff when I want to pull it down. Definitely recommend replacing the hood strut.

Pros
  • Price
Cons
  • Hard to say

Why pay more? Fits lift legs

These gas lift legs fit PERFECTLY on my 2006 Honda Accord and are easy to fit [easy to follow instructions]. The hardest part of the setup was finding a 10mm wrench in my toolbox [if you don't have one, you can probably borrow one from a neighbor]. The stands work great too. If you replace the struts at a Honda dealership, the cost will be MUCH more. MUCH! It's kind of an "easy task". If your bonnet is sagging or won't stay open and your struts need replacing, this reasonably priced A-premiumโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Sale
Cons
  • Lots of accessories

Fitment 2008 Honda Accord Coupe

We don't have any reviews for the 2008 Honda Accord Coupe yet so let's get started. I was a bit concerned that the required ball mount/screw would be out of order. This is not shown in the pictures. On these vehicles, this old bracket must be removed as it cannot be separated from the strut. In short, they came with a rack. They actually give you two per rack, so you end up with an extra two! You will need a 12mm open end wrench for the fender bracket and a 10mm socket wrench for the hoodโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Fingers crossed
