Very easy to replace existing supports. The only downside is that they sound very harsh and clumsy. They soften a bit after a few months, but are still not as smooth as they should be.

My 2005 Range Rover assembly took about 10 minutes with a screwdriver to get the old struts out and then just snap the new ones into place. Leave the tailgate open and it closes with no problem. Good value for money

Works great and raises the tailgate with ease. The original ones became weak and they gradually hatched. The installation takes literally 5 minutes. You only need a flathead screwdriver to remove the two ends of the clip, then simply slide in the new ones with some hand pressure. I recommend it!

Nicely packaged with extra protective pads on each end. The finish is a beautiful black and looks crisp. They are very easy to install in just a few minutes. They are very durable once installed. Not strong enough to hold glass with just one post, so be careful when you take one off, the sunroof won't fall on you. I wasn't happy with the fact that the cylinder is longer than the OEM. Perfect replacement for my 2008 LR Range Rover SC.1. Support the tailgate2 securely. Remove the old shock/strut by prying off the clips at each end with a small flat head screwdriver.3. Before installing a new shock you may need to rotate the head of the new shock as the mounting positions on your vehicle may be reversed.
