I could not estimate the space of how much 12 oz of ground coffee would take. For the full 12 oz, I would have gotten the larger size. However, the tight seal push down vacccum works great. And at last that 6 oz or so stored in the jar will be fresher as I go through the unstored ounces first. And since this comes in many sizes, will look nice if I decide to get some others.

I bought this for ground coffee. Not so great.coffee gets pulled out from the suction of the top being removed. However.it’s great for other things.just not ground coffee.

I was excited to get my new airtight container for coffee beans. Not only would it store them well with minimal air in the container but it would look great in my kitchen.
