This knife is terrible. It doesn't actually slice your bagel; it smears it. I will have to look for a better solution. Even if your bagel is not the perfect size/shape, you will not be able to place the bagel in the holder. Definitely not recommend.

Bagels (Panera, Thomas, Lenders) either won't fit, and if they do the product will crush and not slice the bagel. Also, regardless of the stainless steel blade, the product's plastic construction makes squeezing rather than slicing very unstable when attempting to slice bagels.

This device is so weak I couldn't believe it was actually tested on a real bagel! What is very disturbing is what is being "traded" on a major "sales website". Very disappointed and confused with Revain's QC, it needs to be implemented to enforce fraudulent products.
