easy replacement with one exception

I ordered because I thought one of the screws on my old door had snapped off, the handle was held on with just one screw. But I had the same problem with the new one and had to go to Lowes and get a longer screw to securely attach my grip.

Pros
  • Night latch
Cons
  • Only available in black

Easy peasy - Hardware

I needed to renovate my sliding door before moving and couldn't find a matching old style sliding door. The bars were too low or too high, this one was just right. Super easy to put on and looks chic. I'm concerned that the bottom part of the lock might be loose, but since I've moved I can't upgrade.

Pros
  • Double sided
Cons
  • A few small things

Less reliable than a $2 tube in a track

I can't even tell what kind of plagiarism this was. Sliding door. I know for a fact it wasn't the right size tongue for my door. Luckily I had an old one to use. The body was a bent, chipped and pre-scratched injection molded part that did not fit well in the pre-cut narrow slot of the sliding door. It was obviously either used or poorly prepared, as I had to bend it with pliers to get the locking mechanism to work properly. There should be a loop at the bottom to keep the lock from stretching…

Pros
  • Cast construction
Cons
  • Some bugs
