But works fine! fits screen door hardware

I bought this because the one I had on one of my window screens broke. While it was easy to install and works well for the most part, the metal clip around the screen buckled when I installed it as it had to be stretched to make it tight. I still recommend it as it works well overall.

Pros
  • Delivery was very quick
Cons
  • Useless features

OK if you can adjust them

They had to be modified because they weren't deep enough for my screens. That means the hook didn't rise high enough to reach the screw on the window sill. Luckily the metal is quite malleable and with the help of a pair of pliers I was able to straighten and rebend it to fit my screen.

Pros
  • Slim design
Cons
  • Pretty much everything is fine

Keeps the screen attached to the window frame - perfect.

Such a simple little design but such a great job. My cat likes to sit by the second floor window but I was afraid she would push out the bottom of the screen, fall to the ground and get hurt/killed. The screen had 1 old piece of original hardware holding the bottom in place, but you need one on each end to hold the screen securely in place. I went to Revain and searched for window screen hardware and voila - problem solved. The cat is safe.

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • Weight

Works great for hardware

I have a couple of windows that were missing screens when I moved where I am (rental). The screens to be used already had/didn't have clips like the others. So I found this article and bought a 4 pack (I have two windows I want to put the screens in). Used two for a screen penetrating a window in a second bedroom/office and they work great. I used to have a window air conditioner in the summer/hot months but couldn't use it during the months when it wasn't there. I now have a portable air…
