They worked. on hex nuts

Rating is for 5/8 NF (National Fine) 18 threads per inch. The workmanship wasn't the best, I ran it through the tap before using. They are not common, so HD is no longer sold. They really worked for me after I used a faucet.

Pros
  • Use with load sharing washers (not included)
Cons
  • The list goes on.

Very good clasp, reasonable price.

Some sellers try to call this size rare, it isn't (it's a common nut for household cars and auto tools). Prime Line seems to get that and nuts to appreciate so I don't think they're crazy, if you don't need a class 8 you're better off just using these class 5 fasteners Well made, matches my slide hammer carving, no complaints.

Pros
  • Size: 5/8"-18
Cons
  • Big and chunky

Fits perfectly on Toto toilets

The nut on the Toto toilet flush handle broke and I had trouble finding a replacement; They want you to buy a full set of flush handles or $6 plastic nuts. Instead I just bought them. It fits perfectly and if the nut on my tote breaks in another bathroom I'll have the right part to fix it. Yes, it's metal, but a metal nut will probably last longer than me, even in a humid environment. If not, I have enough spare parts.

Pros
  • Threads onto a stud, cap screw or threaded rod with the same thread size
Cons
  • Fits on
