I was delighted to purchase this kit for my husband to fix my closet door. It worked fine except it didn't have good instructions. That is the reason for the four stars.

I needed to replace my closet door rod and all the local hardware stores were too big. Finally found it here and didn't have to wait long for delivery. I was able to install it myself and it works great! I am very satisfied with this product!

We bought this rail to replace the one in the pantry. No complaints about the product (we knew it would be too long and would have to be cut off) but the packaging it came in was a joke as shown in the picture. I think they didn't have a long enough box so they're very sloppily made which wasn't safe at all. I'm glad my item didn't fall out during the shipping process. There were only two pieces of tape holding everything together and it had ripped in several places, leaving the product…

Today I installed the cabinet doors. I was delayed because of the size of the parts - I had to buy a 7/16 drill bit and drill larger holes for fasteners. Everything was pretty basic, but I noticed that the door latches weren't included, even though the product packaging and instructions said they were included. I also noticed that not all screws are created equal. I ordered another one of these when I realized that "2 double doors" does not equal 2 separate closet doors. This product is for ONE
