Pencils arrived quickly and in excellent condition. The pens were packaged in a very pretty tin box and decorated with all the colors of the rainbow. I don't know anything about it. I bought this because I wanted an oil pen but couldn't bring myself to buy FC Polychromos yet and all the reviews were raving! I received them yesterday super fast and the packaging was good. My problem/concern is that each pencil has a "gap" or "crack" in the wooden box!
