A pitman arm is part of your vehicleโ€™s steering system - it connects the steering box to your center link, allowing your wheels to turn. Pitman arms are built with a ball-and-socket design, just like your hip, and needs to be replaced as it wears out. A worn pitman arm causes poor handling and makes it difficult or impossible to achieve an alignment, which leads to rapid tire wear. Replacing your worn pitman arm gives a noticeable improvement in steering feel, handling, and safety.

Improved steering with coated Pitman

This coated Pitman helped me improve my steering accuracy and responsiveness on my performance car. The greasable feature ensures long-lasting use and saves me money in the long run. The only downside is that it's slightly more expensive than the non-coated version. Overall, a must-have for anyone serious about their automotive performance.

Pros
  • Greasable feature prolongs the lifespan of the part
Cons
  • Requires regular greasing maintenance

Revane said it fits, but it doesn't.

Bought for my 1966 Dodge Charger. Good product but it looked different (it had a bit of a side curve) to the original. When I checked it against the original it didn't fit and as it was a technical part with geometry for the steering involved I sent it back. The assistant at the shop said it would fit my car. I don't know what the story is, but if it's not exactly the same, I don't try.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • New competitors have arrived
