🏋️ Proform Engine Lift Plate 67457 Review

Good quality lifting plate. I gave it four stars because I had to clear the holes a bit to fit my square bore intake manifold. Otherwise they are great!

Works well with my SBC and BBC, solid welds all over the plate and nice paint job. I pulled my SBC with the TH350 attached with no problems!

Was very surprised how heavy it is. When I first got my hands on it I thought I could use it as a BBQ meat press to brown the meat it's so heavy.

Well made insert. The holes were precise and it bolted directly to my intake manifold (aluminum intake manifold with helical threads). When pulling the engine, never worry about the integrity of the plates.

I used this with only 2 bolts to beef up and attach a full 350 with a TH350 drivetrain and an 8ft cast iron NP203 transfer case. frame is nothing. Holds up very well. If you pull engines every weekend this is a must.

This plate worked well to be honest it was a complete game changer. This makes it easy to just pick up and remove the motor without worrying about it falling off balance. He easily lifted my large 540ci unit with all the accessories attached to it. I love that it's welded the full length instead of having 3 small welds like other panels, which just makes me more confident of its strength.
