If you order a medium size you must include this

I have ordered this twice and received a youth size both times. I ordered a medium size. The reason I know this is wrong is because I already ordered a medium size. I will return them both. We already have one and it's great, it just needs the right size.

Pros
  • Worn on the thumb of the upper hand holding the racquet to increase speed and power
Cons
  • Requires a rosette

Must have strong racquets!

The most comfortable racket grip I've ever had when hitting! I'm a power hitter and I'm going to bruise my arch and the muscle around my thumb. It was recommended in my ad and I am very grateful! It is very durable, easy to use and very comfortable. It's worth the money and highly recommended!

Pros
  • Used by professionals!
Cons
  • Security

Its worth it! Also recommended for small children.

The best you can have! I have large MAN hands and chose a medium size. It worked well compared to the bulky big one. They will be saved if you save and use them properly. If you're an irresponsible baseball equipment owner and leave your stuff in a smoldering garage or trunk all the time, then it won't last.

Pros
  • Fits both right and left hand adult size
Cons
  • Expensive

Works great once you get used to it

My high school player tried them out after injuring his hand/thumb during a tournament with a racquet. It took him a while to get used to it, but now he uses it constantly, even after the injury has healed. There's not much of a difference to the cheaper 3-packs. In fact, he prefers cheaper white wines that don't stand out as much.

Pros
  • Creates the right grip technique.
Cons
  • Some Cons

Teen baseball player loves it!

Bought for our baseball player's nephew after he mentioned seeing it on Bryce Harper (Go Nuts!). He's been playing league, varsity, and travel baseball for 12 years now, and he and his coaches agree that his quality of play has improved. He says it's comfortable, but it takes a little getting used to wearing it. Other kids on his teams bought and used these training aids, and they were all pleased with their improved batting skills as well.

Pros
  • Used by top professionals.

Did my job! good for gym equipment

One of my players kept complaining about the racket stinging her hand, especially her thumb. I used her racquet and could never reproduce the burning sensation she was talking about. Looking closer, I realized that she was holding the racquet so tightly in her palm, rather than letting it rest lightly in her fingers for a soft, loose grip. I bought her a Prohitter Batters Trainer and after a short period of adjustment she had no problem grabbing or biting the bat.

Pros
  • Prevents crushing of bones if dough gets stuck in resin.
Cons
  • threadbare

Great Product - Recommended by a Professional Scout

This is a great product. It takes some time to get used to, but my son loves it. He plays on his high school baseball team and on an elite touring baseball team. His trainers (one of them a professional scout) recommended this product. So I thought we'd give it a try. If you have a skinny child with normal or thin fingers, a medium size will probably work for you. I originally ordered an adult size but it was too big. I recommend it to anyone who takes baseball seriously.

Pros
  • Made from durable rubber-like resin.
Cons
  • Protection

Size matters, depends on wearing batting gloves.

I bought the MID size for a 13 year old girl who is tall/thin for her age (5ft 7in). It fits perfectly over her batting gloves. For toddlers and middle aged teens I would buy the YOUTH size IF they don't wear batting gloves then choose a MEDIUM size! For high school students, average size is suitable without gloves, and adult size is suitable for high school students who wear gloves. First hit tonight, she wore it twice the size! Feels awkward at first but doesn't take long to get used to…

Pros
  • Made from durable rubbery resin
Cons
  • Not sure
