PROLORAZA IS AN INCREDIBLE TOOL FOR THE FOOD SERVICE INDUSTRIES

I find Proleaza to be an incredible tool for tracking of sales reps, ensuring timely delivery by my field staff, customer service training and scheduling meetings with customers all through out the year! It's easy-to-use platform allows me as both manager and owner to have access from any location. The reporting is very clear and organized allowing us to keep track of what our teams are doing at each store in such a way so we can see if they're hitting their numbers and when things like…

Easy and seamless way managing your operations

It is easy to use for all employees across multiple locations with no need of any additional software or hardware required as it works seamlessly within Salesforce CRM platform which makes life easier than ever! The ability to have customisable fields/reports helps in tracking sales performance effectively without having to go through manual data entry process. I would like more integrations available such as - Google Sheets integration- better reporting options (customised reports)- be able to

Great platform that takes away much stress related

The customer support is great! They are always willing to help with any questions you may have or concerns about your account setup/data entry process for our store system. I love how easy it makes my job of managing staff schedules - they do all the heavy lifting in this regard so there's no need for me go into multiple programs each day looking at time sheets etc., which can be quite cumbersome when doing payrolls every week (and sometimes bi-monthly).   • Very intuitive interface, very user friendly..even though i am not tech savvy myself.i was able figure most things right away without issue because its such simple design that anyone should easily understand what needs done next.
  • Very quick response times whenever issues arise..like getting messages almost immediately upon submitting tickets
