Protocol Punching Bag with Stand & Boxing Gloves - Adjustable Height for Adults & Kids Review

Bought this to relieve stress. I don't think I've ever felt stress relieved in this way. I will definitely use it every day, hopefully not only for stress relief but also for some work.

It serves its purpose, I get a great workout after going to the hardware store for missing screws. This is not a heavy bag. The guy who hit the ball. Overall, I get better workouts than I imagined.

bought this for the office so we can all get rid of our daily frustrations instead of belittling other coworkers. It defiantly wears out. I didn't use the gloves that came with it, instead going for Street Fighter style. So far, so good!

A decent product at best. The head came out when I used it and almost blew my pregnant wife's head off. After a week, the top bar remains in a curve, making it difficult to adjust if necessary. I should have done more research and bought a three speed Cobra bag instead. I don't think this particular item is suitable for heavy racquets. Finally, I would like to say that this could get the job done if you just blow off some steam I think!

Overall it would be a great product if it wasn't for the adjustment knob. It is constantly lost if the bag is hit with even moderate force. I think you have to be able to put a lot of muscle power into your shots. but obviously if you hit it with more force than the kid's breath, the grip will loosen. Assembly was very easy. I filled mine with water because I was too excited to try and didn't want to buy sandbags. I feel like the water itself is perfect for him because he's not designed for hard shots anyway. A design flaw is that the tip of the bar can detach. Mine did and it flew through the garage.
