I like how easy it is to use and set up. It's also very customizable. The software is constantly being updated and improved. Sometimes there can be some lag time between when you make changes in one area and when they are reflected in another. This can be frustrating if you're trying to see what part of the system you need to change. You can set up alerts in the software and they are very detailed. The software itself has a nice interface. It works as good as any other software out there.
