Great product and customer service even when dealing w problems

I like that it is very user-friendly, has great reports available for viewing & managing all of our policies/ processes (internal or external). It's also easy to learn how everything works by simply clicking around! There isn't much we dislike about this solution at its current price point ($200 - $400 per year depending upon which version you choose) however if they would have charged more up front there wouldnโ€™t be any issues with what could become expensive annual renewals every 1 โ€“ 2 years

Pros
  • Its ease in navigating both internal resources within my own organization AND client accounts when needed along side partnering sites / services used externally; plus reporting options too !!!!!!
Cons
  • Not quite sure why pricing can sometimes fluctuate between versions
