📶 Proxicast Ultra Broadband LPDA High Gain 3G / 4G / LTE/xLTE/Wi-Fi/Public Safety Band Fixed Mount Directional Antenna - 9/11 dBi (698-960/1710-2700/4400-4900 MHz) Review

I live in the middle of nowhere and the nearest tower is about 6.5 miles away. Before installing 2 of these antennas for mimo tuning on my peplink Ba!ence 20x my dbm was 103, download speed was around 4m/s and uploads around 7m/s. Very easy to set up and aim with Peplink's detailed screen (updates almost instantly) and took about 5 minutes to aim. Now at 89-91 dbm with a download speed of 64MB and an upload of 24MB.

2dB or less gain over standard Mofi 4G lobe antennas. The Proxicast panel antenna delivers at least 8dB of gain. Tried all standard positions - 45 degrees v/v, 90 degrees v/v but nothing improved gain. I'm sure even 2dB of gain would be acceptable in some applications. However, this is not the case in our case. I have just purchased a second Proxicast panel antenna as it has proven to be very reliable.

This antenna works GREAT and I MUST recommend it to you! Just be aware that this is a hollow piece of plastic and if you mount metal screws into the hollow plastic there may be structural problems later! One of my cleats bent/broken in transit because I bought two of them and they came in one big box. There were two antennas in this box that were packed separately but not well. My problem was solved IMMEDIATELY by the seller and I will definitely buy from them again!

Antennas worked well when receiving a signal. I am disappointed in the quality of the device. All fasteners must be stainless steel. The photo shows that this is not the case. I installed them for about 2 months while traveling. If this amount of rust occurs in this short time, it is not satisfactory. If the antenna bolts are to blame, then unless you disassemble the antennas and then glue them with silicone, aren't they interchangeable?
