I wish I had known about this ten years ago. I was riding with "regular" grips and just thought I had to "get over it". Now I look forward to riding even more knowing it's one less pain (now my back and glutes are a different story). The installation of these new ones is very simple, even if it is necessary to measure in millimeters. Also, I once had to adjust the handlebars a bit to make them smoother, but these adjustments are very easy once on the bike. Overall very very satisfied.

Handles are easy to install. As you can see I didn't move the shifter/brake assembly. They are solid and I didn't want to reconfigure the switches. I'll update this post after a few trips. Update: After writing this review, I took a short ride and noticed the left grip was slipping. I had a wrench with me and tightened it a bit, but that didn't solve the problem. I got it to replace my son's grips which were badly beaten by him. I'm very impressed. They are way better than the ones I installed before. The grips are wider and have more padding for your palms. The horns are also longer than the previous pair. Removing the previous handles took longer than installing this pair. Very easy to install, just a hex screw and you're done. These are long holds as other reviewers have noted. You will most likely need to move the shifters and brake levers. But they are worth it. I have carpal tunnel and wouldn't ride without an ergo grip. You dress well, without movement and without the risk of overdressing. Here's how: Release the brakes and shift collars and move these controls as close to the center of the handlebars as possible. UPDATE: I bought a second pair of these. My original review is below. Grips and horns are exactly what I wanted. The grips provide enough grip for the palm of my hand to be placed comfortably and the horns are right where I want them. You are perfect. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because you have to be very careful when tightening the knobs. 09/05/21 ---- Updated overview of the PRUNUS handlebar grips. Apparently, PRUNUS responded to my initial review of the handlebars I ordered by sending me a new set with a hole/plug in the end of the handlebars that allowed me to install a Miracle MTB bike mirror.
