I like that it has all of my providers in one place, so I don't have to go through multiple applications when trying to look up something. The interface could be better but overall it's easy enough to use once you get used to how everything works. It makes finding information about your provider much easier than using other apps or websites. It also helps me keep track of appointments with them as well. I like that my providers can easily find their patients, which makes scheduling appointments much easier than having to search through records or call in orders by hand all day! The system also has an easy way of sending out reminders directly from your charting screen so you never have those annoying voicemails left over after hours either!! I love how thorough this program is, I wish it was around when I started my career! It has been helpful to see exactly what we need to do in order to properly bill our clients. I have been using PCP since it was first released in 2011, before that we were stuck with another vendor's product which lacked many features but worked okay if you didn't really need them all. I like that it's easy to use, no confusing screens or different systems to deal with in order to find what you need when needed! It has given us so much more time back compared to our old system which was not as user friendly at all! Nothing really but we have found many other things helpful from this program too!
