Review on PsychConsult Provider by Jacolbe Mind

I have been using PCP since it was first released in 2011, before that we were stuck with another vendor's product which lacked many features but worked okay if you didn't really need them all. This software has become an essential part of my job from scheduling appointments to billing claims/patient statements. The interface works well & everything about this program keeps me happy! There isn’t anything specific right now as far as functionality goes - some things could use updating or improving (especially their customer service department). We are working through issues related to our new electronic health record system so there may be changes coming soon. It would always help us out at work if they had more people around who knew how much better psych consults can get when done properly instead of rushing through the process without taking time to truly understand what needs to happen and why.
