Broke on first use of power tool and hand tool

Attempting to use it on snap rings in my F250 hubs. Broke on the first click 😡 POS and still haven't received a replacement

Circlip Pliers in Circlip Pliers

really well done, used them on an Eaton Tru locking diff, they worked great, worth the money spent on them, I know they will last a lifetime.
