PulsePro Practice Management Review

This product has been great for our office as it helps us manage appointments, billing, etc. I dislike having to go through multiple tabs in order to find what I am looking for. It would be nice if there was one place where all of my information could easily be found. Also, sometimes when using this program we are unable to access certain areas due to time constraints or other issues. We are able to schedule patients easier than before! I love all aspects of pulsepro except for it's outdated search capabilities which are very slow at times if any results show up in your account after some time has passed since an initial request was made (weeks sometimes). It would be great to see updates from PIMS every once in awhile or even monthly rather than waiting months before another update comes out! The best thing about this system is its ability for flexibility in terms of how it can be used by our staff members as well as patients/clients who use their services. It's very easy to navigate through all aspects including billing procedures which are important when dealing directly with insurance companies or employers regarding reimbursement issues etc. I would say my only dislike at present time has been some minor technical glitches but they tend resolve themselves quickly once notified…
