Review on PulsePro Practice Management by Jason Epstein

I love all aspects of pulsepro except for it's outdated search capabilities which are very slow at times if any results show up in your account after some time has passed since an initial request was made (weeks sometimes).

It would be great to see updates from PIMS every once in awhile or even monthly rather than waiting months before another update comes out! Also being able to set our own rules instead of letting them apply by default without input helps us keep track better as well so we can adjust things later when needed but also know what they're setting ahead of time saves me work too! We've used this product mainly because its free/very cheap compared other options however there really isn't much else about pulsepro itself worth mentioning outside of their support team not knowing how old certain parts were built makes troubleshooting difficult - especially considering most people using older versions don't use many advanced settings making upgrades less practical unless one knows exactly where.
