I have been using this mix for my cockatiels and my kennels for the last 3-4 years until the last order a few months ago. I was very upset when I opened the bag. The content consists of about 80% crushed corn and apples and very little granules. i don't eat it I will not buy it again.

I bought this food for my Indian Ringneck. He is a picky eater. This food gives him vegetables to eat and play with. He eats everything except dried carrots. He carries the carrots to the other side of his cage to wet them in his bowl of water. At least he has something to do with his day.

I have a one and a half year old Quaker parrot. if my bird didn't like it. He doesn't touch her at all, even after holding the bowl in front of him. Most of them are filled with lentils. The vet said not to feed the bird raw lentils. They have to be cooked. I didn't return it. I think the bag is going in the trash.

My kennel likes it but not enthusiastic. She will eat the safflower seeds and most of the pellets, but will leave the black seeds behind (not even sure what that is). I think the only part of him that's called "Pure Fun" is that she can easily throw him out of her cage. Oh how funny. Not for me to suck every day. ;-)

My green-eyed cat is a picky eater and he loves it! We switched from zupreme fruit mix because he stopped eating the little banana shaped pieces. I like this mix because it still has the colored round grains mixed in with dried fruits, veggies, and a little bit of seeds. It's fun to watch my bird choose his favorites and dip the fruit/vegetables in his bowl of water to soften them. I sprinkle this mixture on the granules for daily care. Recommended for picky eaters!

If my birds had a choice they would only fatten seeds and be unhealthy, but because I love my little feathered friends I won't let them. We tried many different types of food to get something they would all eat and enjoy. This is the one. I REALLY often add something else for a change, like dried fruit or extra millet. I bought Zupreem Pure Fun to add to my diet as a snack. My birds love seeds and I'm trying to get them to eat more pellets. They are 17 and 15 years old and quite stubborn! This feed has a bit of everything. No sunflower seeds which is great! I first bought it to convert my bird to pellet feeding (he didn't really care about Zupreme's natural taste). My bird tends to pick seeds first and neglect pellets. I started adding some water to moisten the pellets and it took a little more work digging up the seeds which resulted in my bird eating more pellets.
