Fits 1997 Toyota Camry 2.2L

Exact factory mark. Perfect fit and easy to install. The old one was harder to tear off, so I cut it off and put it in a vise. Used a brass coupler to assemble everything

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

Not as hard as the YouTube video says.

The filter is NOT difficult to install. Just put on the bottom piece first and make sure you line up your threads on both the top and bottom and you won't have a problem.

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • Some small things

Hard work but great results from a great product.

The old filter was very dirty inside. It was a little tricky to put in, but the resulting improved gas mileage was worth it. Now the machine runs perfectly.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled

Affordable replacement for my 1996 Camry

I bought this fearing my fuel filter had never been changed and when I received it and found its location my fears were confirmed using OEM fuel filters 150 miles 000 miles, not good . So I went on a multi-day trip to take the old one off and put this one back on. I succeeded and now I feel calm.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Available in black only

It will help you move I think

For 2001 i4 Camry. Installation was surprisingly easy. Raise the car, remove the driver tire, remove the bottom connector with a special 14mm inline wrench, bring it back up with the bracket holder for 17mm and 10mm, disconnect the electrical harness, change the bracket from the old filter to the new one. Insert the new one with the bottom line, the top line with the new washers, and then the strut. Use a 19mm wrench to hold the filter. Don't think it will be damaged but my filter was floating…

Pros
  • Practical thing
Cons
  • So far so good

Great filter at a great price

I've always hated Toyota's fuel line tech when it comes to filters, like they had a whole meeting to pick the worst installation spot. I had problems with an Ecogard filter that started leaking after 6 months. Can't complain about the per gallon consumption of this filter, but it failed too early. I had to reinstall an OEM that was actually used and ended up having problems per gallon. Found this, decided to install it last weekend and so far there are no leaks, it comes with the 2 copper…

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Not bad, but...
