NOT designed for 19 " rack installation!

Pyle obviously has a manufacturing defect and lack of quality control. This unit is much wider than a standard 19" rack. It does not fit in any of the racks I have.I contacted support and they confirmed it should be just under 19" wide and both units I ordered (original and replacement) are just under 19 1/2" wide.

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Crumpled

This is the only product of its kind.

If you have a shelf full of wall warts this is the best solution I could find. I'm using this in a small audio rack with a Presonus mixer, a wireless router and six transmitting headphones. (7 total wall warts.) Because wall warts come in all shapes and sizes, this is the only rack mountable device that offers the highest packing density. The only downside is that it's heavy. But I will pay the price. The front panel on/off switch and front panel power outlets are nice features. A specialty…

Great product just make sure it's right for you

For some configurations this Pyle PDU is a good choice. If that's what you need, this is a great product. However, if you don't need it, definitely don't buy it. The flexibility that the mini cords offer for each outlet is extremely useful, but they take up a lot of space, much more than you might imagine by looking at the product image. What I found in my server rack is that even before anything was plugged into it, this PDU took up a catastrophic amount of space, like a child with crowded…

Pros
  • Delivery was very quick
Cons
  • Cable is shorter than other kits

Good product. Small problem with the packaging.

Put this unit in a travel case for my mobile DJ activities. My goal was to reduce the number of extension cords and splitters I take with me to every gig. This device does exactly what I wanted it to do. I was able to eliminate the need for two extension cords and two splitters. The pigtail cables on the back of the device are great for disconnecting plugs that are "wall warts" or power adapters. The reassurance that this device is a power conditioner was also amazing. The only problem I had…

Pros
  • Best in its niche
Cons
  • New competitors have emerged

Works great so far. I have a ridiculous amount of "wall warts" that can be plugged behind my entertainment center. Router, modem, HTPC with 2 external hard drives, TV with Chromecast, Firestick, PlayStation, cordless phone connected to MagicJack, Echo Dot and a set of self-powered 2.1 speakers. It slowly turned into a chord chaos nightmare. Have been needing something like this Pyle Power Conditioner for a long time. So glad I finally bought it! It's unbeatable in terms of price. This solved…

No more buzzing! on network filter

A little background: I have two audio systems (5.1 and stereo), as well as 3 game consoles, Roku, Blu-Ray players and so on. I have a lot of accessories that make up my AV system and it's split between two very good surge protectors. A few months ago my audio systems started making the typical 60Hz hiss out of nowhere, like a grounding issue. It came out of every speaker, including the subwoofer. It drove me crazy I checked the outlets with a device that tells me if the outlet is grounded or…

I wonder if this is a fake.

I seriously wonder if this is fake or a real deal. Pros: It really distributes power and seems to work. Cons: What should have been easy to plug in and screw into the rack wasn't. I had to cut one of the brackets on one side to properly fit a standard sized rack. That was the key: either the Pyle brand didn't know how to tinker, or it could be a fake. Tip number two: It could be a fake. The fee is misspelled on the front. (See pic. This is a chage, not a charger) I've looked at the…

Pros
  • 15-FEET POWER CORD – Distribute power to previously unpowered areas away from power sources, as well as in applications or locations where multiple devices need to be powered simultaneously with an extra-long 15-foot power cord.
Cons
  • boring packaging

19 sockets PLUS USB!

I used to have another great rackmount power supply that I won't name. While I love this part, it doesn't match the flexibility of the new Pyle PCO860 I just received. definitely has a tank vibe. There are 19 (!) outlets on this suction cup, with 16 squid flex cords on the back and 3 more standard outlets on the front for more needs on the fly. Squid sockets ensure that no matter how bulky your wall warts are, they have no problem fitting side by side, which was definitely an issue on my old…

Pros
  • FLEXIBLE REAR SOCKETS - 3 widely spaced front sockets and 16 rear facing flexible power cord outlets leaving room for power supplies and transformers. Built-in USB port to power all your favorite devices at the same time.
Cons
  • Exorbitant price

oh where to start with this disgust? I think with a photo. The bracket screws are shown. Yes, the mounts are actually countersunk. This happens when you use screws with a head that is too large or countersinks that are too small. If you are looking at a quality product they will sit flush with the surface. Smooth. But it's not a quality product so what you get is what you see in the picture which is the opposite of a slick. Will it be hidden *if it goes upright*? Yes. But it is a direct visual…

Pros
  • 1U RACK REMOVABLE — Universal, space-saving 1U power strip, ideal for standard 19-inch racks. Removable mounting flanges are configurable for rack, wall, and under-desk mounting.
Cons
