Got the same adapter that originally came with my Python. It was (obviously) still significantly larger for my standard Kohler kitchen sink, so I have to drive to Lowe's to have it fixed.

Sure, like many others. I did not test my specific Delta faucet and HD/Lowes did not have anything that would match the Delta Porter faucet. Bought this item and it screws on perfectly. So if anyone has a Delta Porter faucet. this article works.

Ok, I have an update for this product. . I'm changing my rating to 3 stars because it really isn't the manufacturer's fault that I missed my faucet.

This is the SAME size as the metal adapter that comes with the Python water change system and like that, it will NOT fit every faucet in my house. I was very disappointed with that. I ended up going to Ace Hardware and bought a suitable adapter.

We upgraded our bathroom faucet from standard size to junior size. We paired this adapter with their standard Python brass aquarium adapter which has a female thread to accept this adapter and fits perfectly on the new smaller faucet with no leaks.

This adapter fits my triangular faucet, which is smaller than the standard Python adapter and steps. On the outside of the faucet which made the stock faucet not fit too well I bought this adapter then attached the standard to it and now the problem is solved. This works great for small faucets where the steps are outside the faucet.

I bought this because when I looked at the brass adapter that came with my Python faucet connector I saw that it was male threaded (i.e. male thread). This adapter worked great allowing me to use a python gravel cleaner with my bathroom faucet which is a small gooseneck delta (see photos). Some reviewers have said that this part is not needed as the male end of the adapter that comes standard with Python is female threaded, allowing it to be used as a female connection on small faucets.
