IT WORKS GREAT: Fresh water systems

My wife and I live in our RV with my sons and I have to fall 100ft and 6ft uphill. I use transparent plastic with a 45 degree angle. Elbow, which is crucial to the process. You can see when it's running dry and turn it off before it damages the pump. Watching this pump chew and spit out of a 100 foot garden hose is absolutely amazing. I used a Camco (22484) Water Bandit to plug it into an outlet and then connected a check valve and a 100 foot 3/4 inch garden hose. I use a valve to prevent the…

Pros
  • Thermally protected motor, intermittent duty cycle

Works but has a few issues

Bought to pump my black water tank to a septic tank on my trailer. Minor issues/things to know: 1. You will need a length of 1" clear hose, hose clamps and a barbed garden hose adapter. I purchased these items at a local hardware store. Your tolerances have run out, I had to sand the sides and bottom of the 3" Camco Elbow with 80 grit sandpaper to attach the pump to it. I was planning on leaving a positive review. This isn't the case. The Pump worked initially It took about 10 minutes to fill…

Pros
  • Easy to attach and remove
Cons
  • Large and bulky

Good for occasional use.

March 17, 2018 Not fast but emptied my 3 tanks from RV. The volume of each tank is 54 gallons. The drain is 1" diameter hose, so I added a short length of 1" diameter clear hose and fittings for attaching a standard garden hose. (see photo) This transparent tube is useful for seeing what is coming out of the pump. I also had a clear 3 inch sewage connection between the pump and the connection point on my RV. This tap also came in handy to see what was going into the pump and what the flow was…

Pros
  • Ability to drop long distances
Cons
  • There are nuances

Required but incomplete items listed below

This would deserve 5 stars if you didn't have to run to your local hardware store! The materials needed to make it work cost less than $10, but the time it took to get everything needed was far more valuable. How: You can't beat the quality and price of this pump. This is a powerful pump that will move a lot in a short amount of time considering it pumps water through a 3/4 inch garden hose. Essential for servicing your tanks at home or where you don't have direct access to a landfill…

Pros
  • Garden hose inlet for easy cleaning and debris removal
Cons
  • Cleanliness
