I like to cut up a peach to put on cereal for breakfast. The curved blade of this kitchen knife makes it easy for you to do just that.

When I opened it I thought this knife was too small. However, when I used it to pit a tomato and re-peel a peach, the size was perfect. In my rather large hands it fits perfectly to do an amazing job and it's very sharp! I love that little downward hook on the end for scoring and quickly chopping small garlic cloves. I highly recommend this knife!

I am very happy with my new paring knife, it is very sharp, fits my hand perfectly and is incredibly comfortable to use. Like Grandma's grip, they are available with aluminum eyelets, but they must be washed by hand as the washing-up water quickly oxidizes the aluminium. I have a lot of Rada knives that I use all the time and I came across this nifty little paring knife. The blade is only 2.25 inches long and very sharp. The curved part of the blade is on top, leaving a nice straight edge for cutting. This is ideal for quickly peeling potatoes or peaches that are in season.
