The customer support is the best I have received from any software company. They are always willing to help and willing to go the extra mile. The software is very easy to use and is very intuitive. The ability to have everything under one roof is so helpful! I like that we are able to see all our church groups at once as well. I like that it is easy to use once set up (it was very user friendly). It does not have much features but what they do offer are great!
