Raiseaticket - Great Product For Event Organizing

This application is very useful for ticket management in our organization using Raiseticket software! I like its simplicity compared with other applications we tried during our project selection process.Raise at Ticket has everything you would want from your ticketing system including an integrated Help Desk which provides live chat support to customers. Great support and good service, recommended

Raisetickets makes it an easier task for us as we are able to handle our tickets from any part of India with just one click! We can even set up ticket categories which helps in managing all incoming requests more efficiently.- It is also very flexible so you don't have to do anything extra if your business expands or contracts by adding new employees etc., I would highly recommend this product because its quite affordable compared other softwares out there too:-) If nothing else - try their 10…

  • The support team was always ready & available whenever i needed help
  • Easy integration process (for both admins + users)
  • Very good customer service, response times were quick enough(2 hours max)
Cons
  • Slow loading speeds sometimes due network connectivity problems
  • Few glitches while fetching data
